Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using lifetimehomesupport.com (the "Site") operated by Lifetime Home Support Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any course or product, or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission

2. Course and Product Purchases
Digital Products
All courses and digital products sold on this Site are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased content.
All Sales Final
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products — which provide immediate access to course content, templates, and downloadable assets — we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course description and understand what is included.
Lifetime Access
Unless otherwise stated, course purchases include lifetime access to that course's content, including future updates. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product as offered by Lifetime Home Support Academy. We reserve the right to discontinue any product with reasonable notice.
License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own personal or professional use. You may not share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any course content to any third party.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through FastPayDirect. By completing a purchase, you agree to FastPayDirect's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card information.
3. Done-For-You Services (Lifetime Client OS™ and Lifetime Vendor OS™)
Lifetime Client OS™ and Lifetime Vendor OS™ are premium done-for-you installation services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, investment, and terms for these services are set forth in a separate service agreement executed between you and Lifetime Home Support Academy. These Terms of Service apply generally to your use of the Site; the separate service agreement governs the done-for-you engagement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, templates, frameworks, playbooks, videos, and the "Lifetime Home Support™" name and system — is the exclusive property of Lifetime Home Support Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Lifetime Home Support™ name, logo, or any other trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.
5. User-Submitted Information
By submitting information through any form on the Site (including contact, application, or inquiry forms), you represent that the information you provide is accurate, and you grant us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to contact you regarding our products and services.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including FastPayDirect, Calendly, Formspree, and amystockberger.com. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them. Site Availability

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements for done-for-you services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifetime Home Support Academy regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
