We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they never load. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

When they are on, these tools set cookies that record the pages you visit so we can measure traffic and show you our ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" for targeted advertising. Declining, or using Global Privacy Control, is how you opt out of that sharing.

The Site otherwise uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your cookie choice in your browser.

The Site links to other websites, including FastPayDirect and Stripe checkout pages, Calendly, and amystockberger.com. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before giving them personal information.

The Site and our products are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you opt in to receive text messages - for example, by checking the SMS consent box during account signup or on our application form - Lifetime Home Support sends recurring account and booking-related text messages, including reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, scheduling details, and support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. SMS consent is collected separately and is not a condition of any purchase.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
